Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer who is not only proficient in development but also understands deployment, server management, automation, and DevOps workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for coding, the drive to build something innovative, and the ability to take ownership of the entire product cycle — from frontend and backend development to deployment and ensuring production stability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend and backend features for web applications.

Work on frontend technologies like React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.

Build and maintain backend APIs, databases, admin panels, and business logic.

Manage deployment processes across staging and production environments.

Work with servers, hosting, domains, SSL, environment variables, and application configurations.

Handle CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, build processes, and version control.

Monitor application performance, debug production issues, and improve system stability.

Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to convert requirements into working features.

Take ownership of modules from planning to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Full Stack Development.

Good knowledge of React JS / Next JS / JavaScript.

Backend experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter, Express.js, or similar technologies.

Good understanding of REST APIs, database design, authentication, and integrations.

Experience with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.

Prior experience in DevOps, deployment, and server management.

Comfortable with Linux servers, SSH, Nginx/Apache, Git, GitHub, CI/CD, DNS, SSL, and environment setup.

Understanding of cloud/server platforms like AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger VPS, GCP, Azure, or similar.

Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker, PM2, Kubernetes, or container-based deployments.

Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or any CI/CD automation tool.

Knowledge of performance optimization, security basics, backups, and monitoring.

Experience working in startup or product-based environments.

Basic understanding of mobile app backend, admin dashboards, and payment/API integrations.
